The property is conveniently located in the popular village of Yapton, West Sussex, with a mainline train station approximately 1.3 miles away in the neighbouring village of Barnham with services along the coast and up to London Victoria (88 minutes).

With a direct regular train service to London Gatwick Airport which takes just under one hour.

There is also a bus stop immediately outside which takes you from Littlehampton to Chichester and passes Barnham mainline station.  There is both on street parking and onsite parking for several cars.  Guests can catch a taxi from Barnham station or be collected on arrival, with advance notice.
