Cook Amber is a private chef with synaesthesia. She creates amazing meals from foraged, organic ingredients. She is very supportive of our wonderful British farmers and believes seasonal eating is the key to health.

Ginie
Cook Ginie is a devotee of kitchen therapy. It is what and how we eat that nurtures and supports us.

Linda Razvi
Nutritional advisor Linda is mother of two adult children, a nutritional therapist DipCNM mANP. She is an NLP Practitioner and certified Train the Trainer and reiki healer. She is inspired by many things including nature, the human spirit and the power of medicinal nutrition.

- 'Wild Rose’ – King-size double bed with ensuite shower, bath and his and hers basins The Bach Flower Remedy for rediscovering joy and purpose. In a balanced ‘Wild Rose’ state we are reawakened to our sense of passion and vitality. (photo to follow)
- ‘Willow’ – Four poster double bed with ensuite shower, toilet, his ‘n’ hers basins. According to Bach Flower Remedies, Willow gently supports the process of healing. It guides us toward inner peace, forgiveness and emotional resilience.
- ‘Crab Apple’ – Second Floor Victorian double bed with side tables, rocking chair, cupboard space (shared shower room) The "cleansing remedy”. It can soothe obsessive tendencies and foster peace of mind, helping you embrace your uniqueness and let go of the need for perfection.
- ‘Clematis’ – Second Floor Victorian twin room with two single Victorian style metal beds and side tables, chair, cupboard space (shared shower room - ensuite planned for 2025) By grounding us in reality, Clematis enables focus and action to turn dreams into achievements. The Clematis Bach Flower Remedy helps foster clarity and concentration, bringing a sense of purpose and calm to those who feel disconnected.
- ‘Chicory’ – Second Floor double divan with side tables, dressing table, chair, cupboard space (shared shower room) According to Bach Flower Remedies, Chicory nurtures a sense of fulfilment. It inspires mindfulness of others’ needs, guiding us towards unconditional love and care.
- ‘Cherry Plum’ – Second Floor Wooden twin room with side tables, cupboard space, desk (shared shower room).
